At The Privé Edit, we take pride in offering authenticated, pre-owned luxury handbags. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help within the guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window, beginning the day your item is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received (unused, with tags, dust bag, and packaging)
  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Items sent without approval will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items with visible wear or damage not present at sale
  • Items missing tags, accessories, or packaging

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at service@thepriveedit.com

Please include:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos if the item is defective or not as described

Once approved, we will send a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks or card providers may take additional time to process refunds.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your item upon delivery. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
