At The Privé Edit, we ensure your luxury purchases are handled with care and delivered securely.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday), 9 AM - 7 PM EST), excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

  • All orders are shipped via standard ground shipping.
  • Delivery typically occurs within 3-7 business days after processing.
  • We currently ship within the continental United States.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • International addresses

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam)

Signature Requirements

Due to the value of our items, all orders are shipped with a signature required to ensure safe delivery.

  • If your order total is under $500, you may choose to waive the signature requirement at checkout.

Shipping to Alternate Addresses

For your security, we recommend shipping to the billing address associated with your payment method. If you choose to ship to a different address (e.g., a workplace or gift recipient), you accept full responsibility for any lost or misdelivered packages.

Shipping to Businesses

We can ship to verified business addresses. Please ensure you include the company name when placing your order to assist the carrier.

Multiple-Item Orders

If your order includes multiple items housed at different facilities, they may ship separately. You will receive tracking information for each package at no additional charge.
